My name is Katharine Naylor and I am the founder and director of boostHQ Ltd. I have 25 years of global HR leadership experience as a business partner and coach, valued for my business acumen, solutions focus, pragmatism, and insightful modern approach. Just as importantly, I am a mum of 2 teenage girls and know first hand what it is like to try and balance personal and professional ambition with the desire to be present for your kids. My business and life experience have given me a valuable perspective to help individuals to flourish, and to support businesses to implement cultures which will encourage empowered, motivated and engaged employees.
